I was born in the Philippines and immigrated to the United States with my family when I was five years old. Raised by a single mother alongside four siblings, I learned early the value of hard work and the importance of education. I earned a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Accounting from Syracuse University, and spent eight years working in New York City, where I met my husband and began our family. We raised two wonderful boys, and I had the privilege of being a stay-at-home mom for 13 years, during which I stayed current with business and computer skills and volunteered with various community organizations.
I later returned to the workforce and currently serve as a Bookkeeper at Hoving Home. With over 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and office management, I take pride in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting daily operations in ways that strengthen the mission and care provided to the women we serve. My work is guided by integrity, compassion, and a commitment to using my skills in service of a greater purpose.
